In 2007, the Chinese Government published a 5 year plan to develop and expand China’s IT outsourcing with a goal to surpass India by 2012. According to a recent KPMG study, China has reached the goal earlier than expected. CUBD is experienced in helping US companies develop and implement their IT outsourcing strategies.
