Foxconn Technology Group, the contract maker of Apple Inc iPhones and Hewlett-Packard Co computers, plans to establish a factory with 300,000 workers in Zhengzhou City, capital of central China’s Henan province, the local government said. CUBD client Unis TH Technology is also building a Technology Park in Zhengzhou City, capital of Henan Province.

THERE is no more potent symbol of the relative decline of Western finance than the revolution in Chinese banking over the past decade. In 2007, the Chinese Government published a 5 year plan to develop and expand China’s IT outsourcing with a goal to surpass India by 2012. According to a recent KPMG study, China has reached the goal earlier than expected. CUBD is experienced in helping US companies develop and implement their IT outsourcing strategies.
